The historic Rivington Hall Barn transformed into a winter wonderland last Friday night as we gathered to celebrate our annual Christmas party. The atmospheric venue, with its stunning decorations including illuminated spheres and twinkling lights, provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening of celebration and camaraderie.
As the evening commenced at 7:30 PM, we were treated to live entertainment featuring a unique duo of saxophone and bongo players, setting the perfect mood for the celebration ahead. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the bucking bronco, cleverly disguised as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, which had everyone in fits of laughter as staff members tried their best to hold on – though sadly, the Fertile Frog team didn’t claim the championship title!
The culinary spread was nothing short of spectacular, with an extensive buffet that catered to all tastes. From traditional festive favorites like roast turkey and glazed ham to more contemporary offerings such as Korean chicken and arancini, the menu was truly impressive. The dessert selection was equally tempting, featuring everything from mini yule logs to lemon and pistachio trifles.
The evening was particularly special as we bid farewell to Kathryn, who has shared our office space and become part of our extended family. It was heartwarming to see our youngest team member, 16-year-old Abbie, our office junior, thoroughly enjoying her first company Christmas party.
The DJ kept the energy high throughout the night, giving shoutouts to all the companies celebrating there, creating a wonderful sense of community among the various businesses present. The dance floor was never empty, with our team showing off their moves well into the evening.
It was a perfect blend of festive celebration and team bonding – exactly what a Christmas party should be. Here’s to another successful year at Fertile Frog, and to many more celebrations to come!
